Goose Creek Man Charged with Child Porn

A Goose Creek man has been arrested on five charges of child exploitation, the Goose Creek Gazette reported.

The publication reported:

According to a release from (U.S. Attorney General Alan) Wilson’s office, on Nov. 20 and 21, 2012, during an undercover peer-to-peer file sharing investigation, a Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office detective downloaded five files containing child pornography from a shared folder on (Jason William) McCoy's computer. Authorities later executed a search warrant at McCoy’s residence and seized several items, including two laptop computers, which were submitted for a complete forensic examination.
