
The man allegedly responsible for more than 200 dead dogs and 45 malnourished dogs discovered in Goose Creek this week is out on bond,Β Live 5 News reported.
Tuesday, Loney L. Garrett was allowed a $21,500 surety bond.Β Garrett is charged with 43 counts of ill treatment of animals.

Multiple media outlets have reported Garrett's family has claimed Garrett is innocent of the charges and loved the dogs. The dogs were hounds and Garrett apparently used them for hunting.Β
