Speak Out: Did This Prank Go too Far?

Flier around downtown Charleston claims 21-year-old is a deadbeat dad.

There's a fine line between a prank done right and a prank too far. And where that line is, depends on the prankster, the victim and the audience.

Brandon Cordina, 21, of Mount Pleasant was the victim of prank that caught attention of social media and more Monday night, as fliers were posted around King Street claiming he was a deadbeat dad, the Post and Courier reported.

With a picture of the prank victim from high school, the flier reads:

The Post and Courier reported:

People began to eyeball him on the street and in bars. Soon, photos of the fliers began spreading on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Long-lost friends messaged him, and random strangers, discovering his identity, reached out online to rib him or to encourage him to β€œman-up” and help his fictitious baby mama.

Apparently Cordina and his friends punk one another often, and he is already planning revenge.
