Speak Out: Who Do You Blame for Sequestration?
As across the board cuts loom, everyone seems to be blaming everyone else.
The automatic cuts in defense and other federal government spending — put in place by Congress through the suggestion of the Obama Administration to find more balanced ways to trim the pork in Washington — will kick in March 1, unless something is done sooner.
The White House released a statement Monday saying the cuts would cost the state million.
But while no one appears to want sequestration to happen, lawmakers appear to be saying it's coming.
