Suspect in Fatal Fire to Enter Guilty Plea

A man awaiting trial in a deadly apartment fire has entered a guilty plea.

The 2012 Pine Harbour fire claimed three lives: . The fire was sparked from a methamphetamine laboratory.

Jerald McCabe, charged in the incident along with Shonni Abernathy, has agreed to plea guilty, Live 5 News reported. In the agreement, McCabe could face life in prison and a fee up to $8 million. McCabe is expected to enter the plea on Monday in federal court.

McCabe was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and manufacturing in front a children.
