Suspect in Fatal Fire to Enter Guilty Plea

Jerald McCabe faces life in prison.

A man awaiting trial in a deadly apartment fire has entered a guilty plea.

The 2012Β Pine Harbour fire claimed three lives:Β . The fire was sparked from a methamphetamine laboratory.

Jerald McCabe, charged in the incident along withΒ Shonni Abernathy, has agreed to plea guilty, Live 5 News reported. In the agreement, McCabe could face life in prison and a fee up to $8 million. McCabe is expected to enter the plea on Monday in federal court.
