Jeff Fowler, Deputy Coroner for Greenville County said the women who was found has not been positively identified. She is believed to have been living near the railroad tracks where she was found. Fowler said toxicology tests have not yet been completed, but foul play is not suspected.

According to Jennings Autrey of the Greenville County Sheriff's Office the County Coroner has been to the scene and, while the investigation continues, foul play is not suspected.

WSPA has reported that a deceased female body was found near where Woodruff Road and I-385 intersect.
The body was found inside of a tent near the railroad tracks at 22 Garlington Road.
The investigation is ongoing and this story will be updated as more information becomes available.
