"I want to make sure my constituents get their money,” Sen. Thomas said. “It is a pleasure to welcome Treasurer Loftis and this important program to the Upstate.  I hope we can find many constituent names on the list during the event.”

“It will be a pleasure to meet with Sen. Thomas and bring this program directly to the people,” Treasurer Loftis said.  “We are taking an old program and using new approaches to engage the public and return money to the rightful owners.  Each time we get out of the office and go to the people, we end up having several claims.
