Forrester Woods Waverunner Registration

Please remember that this Sunday, April 15th is Registration day for the 2012 Waverunner team. Registration will be held at the Forrester Woods Clubhouse from 2-4pm. Please print and fill out the all registration forms below and bring with you to registration. Printing forms at home will help us save on printing costs, and will save you time at registration. You will also need a copy of your child's birth certificate if we do not already have it on file. 

Bring your checkbook to pay for team fees. If you are a non-resident you will need to write two checks. One check will be to the team for fees and one check will be for your non-resident pool membership. 

Please contact Angela Riddle at angelariddle@aol.com or 288-3208 to sign up if you can't make it on the 15th. FEES- Fees remain the same at $85 for the 1st swimmer in the family, $70 for the 2nd and $55 for the 3rd. 
Guppies are $60 ( for FW residents and non-residents ). Forrester Woods Estates fees are $105 for 1st swimmer, $85 for 2nd swimmer, $65 for 3rd. FWE guppies are $70. Late fees will be applicable after April 28th. If you register late, your swimmer is not guaranteed a team tshirt. Please make all 
efforts to register prior to April 28th. 

NON-RESIDENTS- Please remember all non-resident swim team members must join Forrester Woods Pool before joining the swim team. The fee this year is $360. Dues must be paid on or before April 15th in order to 
join the team. You will need a seperate check to pay for your pool membership. SUITS- Suits this year are new and will be purchased through Augusta Swim Supply. Girls suits are $53 and boys jammers are $36. Sample suits will be available to try on during registration. All suits will be orderedonline this year. Augusta Swim has set up an easy-to-use website for our team suits.
