Mauldin Train Show Ready For First Whistle

The popular exhibit gets off and running today at the Mauldin Cultural Center.

For the next two weekends the auditorium of the will play host to the 2012 Mauldin Train Exhibit. The exhibit is presented by the and the  and presenting sponsors GEICO, Hillcrest Memorial Hospital and Staybridge Suites.

The first whistle blows today at noon and continues until 9 p.m. Tomorrow the exhibit is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Next week on Friday the trains run from noon to 9 p.m. and wrap things up on Saturday the 12th from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Once again the trains will be assembled and operated by the Atlantic Coast S Gaugers.

Admission to the exhibit is free, but donations are encouraged.
