Moon Shot: Super Moon Brings Out Crowds in Lowcountry
Throngs flock to local parks to witness largest moon since 1993.
A big crowd of moon-watchers turned out on the in Mount Pleasant to witness the so-called Supermooon fill the sky. They also saw a higher-than-normal tide come within feet of flooding the low-lying bridge, an effect of the moon's gravitational pull.
