APEX Adventure Day Camp Program – An exciting day camp program is being offered through Langston this summer. Campers will experience whitewater rafting, mountain biking, hiking, and way more in the mountains of the Carolinas during one of APEX Adventures' day camp sessions. Five sessions are being offered: June 11th-14th, June 18th-21, June 25th-28th, July 9th-12th, July 16th-19th, and July 30-August 2. The cost for a 4-day long session is $280.00 and includes transportation, activities, and lunch. A per-day rate is available at $80.00. This camp is open to all area middle schoolers. Summer Science Fun Camps - Registration is currently underway for two science camps at Langston this summer and are open to all area 4th – 9th graders. Gross and Messy ($100) is open to all rising 4th –9th graders with a class limit of 20 students. Session 1 will be offered Monday-Thursday, June 4th - 7th, 9:00AM-11:00AM and Session 2 will be offered Monday-Thursday, July 11th-14nd, 9:00AM-11:00AM. Paper Rollercoasters ($100) is open to all rising 4th –9th graders with a class limit of 20 students. Session 3 will be offered Monday-Thursday, June 4th - 7th, 1:00PM-3:00PM and Session 4 will be offered Monday-Thursday, June 11th-14th, 1:00PM-3:00PM. Teacher Appreciation Week - Teacher Appreciation Week is April 30- May 4. Donations for teacher gifts may be turned in to students’ homeroom or dropped off in the front office by April 18.
Langston Girls Movie Night - A Movie Night will be held for Langston girls on Friday, April 20 at 7PM at the school. Cost is $3.00 per student and all money raised goes to Relay for Life. Please contact Kelly Weekes, Director of Campus Affairs, at 864-286-9700 with any questions.

Langston Community Service Day - Langston Spring Community Service Day will be Friday, April 27th. Students will not report to school that day, but will volunteer in community service all over Greenville County. All projects must be approved by the students’ leadership teacher by April 20.
Chick-Fil-A Spirit Night - Tuesday, May 8, is Langston Spirit Night at Chick-fil-A on Woodruff Road from 5pm - 8pm. Mention Langston and 20% of the sales go back to the school, whether in the drive-thru or the dining room. Come out and support Langston!
