Popular Mauldin Mexican Restaurant Re-Opens
The former Guadalajara Mexican Restaurante on Butler Road is now open under its new name, "Azteca."
Guadalajara Mexican Restaurante, which has been closed for months for a makeover, reopened Sunday to the public.
The restaurant, located in the Ingles Shopping Center at 114 W. Butler Road, held a grand opening and Karaoke Party Sunday to celebrate its new look and new ownership by Leticia Rodriguez.
The restaurant maintains many of the signature dishes that made it popular, and has added new ones to go along with its new interior look.
The restaurant is now open daily for both lunch and dinner.
