Shooting Reported Near Mauldin

Greenville Police were investigating a shooting Wednesday evening just outside Mauldin city limits at The Reserve at Cavalier apartments on Cavalier Drive near Christ Church Episcopal School.

Apartment managers ordered Patch and other media off the property and would not let us speak to police for details.

However, a man at the scene, Jack Logan, said an unidentified person had been shot in the leg, which was corroborated by a Fox Carolina report. The victim's condition was unknown, but the injury was reportedly non-life threatening.

No arrests have yet been made according to the Fox report.
