With 18 teams coming from across the Southeast and beyond to participate, the quality of play was extremely high, with several of the competitors being culled from the rosters of professional leagues in Europe and South America.
In the end, the squad known as "Dirty South," based out of Atlanta, took home the winner's trophy from tournament host Trevor Booker. Dirty South worked its way through the losers bracket of the double elimination tournament to earn the championshio, thanks to a combination of solid point guard play and an powerful interior presence.
