Two members of the girls' soccer team have been named to the South Carolina High School League AAAA All-State Team. Junior Emily Praktish and Senior Sarah Tuggle were chosen as two of the best 18 female soccer players in the state.
Tuggle will also represent South Carolina in the 2012 Clash of the Carolinas on July 7 at Blackbaud Stadium on Daniel Island.
Tuggle's fellow senior Maggie Cowley has been selected to participate in an all-star match. She'll play at the 2012 North-South Soccer Classic between Upstate and Lowcountry girls soccer players on June 16 at the College of Charleston soccer Stadium.

The Lady Mavs recently concluded an outstanding season, going 11-1 in Region play and 19-5 overall, while making a deep run into the state playoffs.
