
More than two years after it was signed into law by President Obama, it survived a legal challenge in the highest court in the land, when the Supreme Court upheld the key provisions of the Affordable Health Care Act by a vote of 5-4. Chief Justice John Roberts was in the majority, siding with the justices who constitute the liberal wing.
