The Boulevard, the new mixed-use development on Coleman Boulevard, is nearing completion.
Leasing agents say one building in the complex is ready for occupancy and is almost fully leased.
The apartments range from 500-square-foot studios to 1,450-square-foot, 3-bedroom apartments. Rents start at $950 a month and cap at more than $2,500 a month.
The units have 9-foot-tall ceilings, polished concrete floors and a number of public gathering spaces that make use of the complex's perch atop Coleman Boulevard.
The Boulevard is the town's signature achievement in its multi-year overhaul of Coleman Boulevard, a part of town envisioned as a pedestrian-friendly downtown area.
This week, Maverick Southern Kitchens, owner of The Old Village Post House and High Cotton, announced plans to open a restaurant on The Boulevard's ground level.
