What Should Go Here? Abandoned Hwy. 17 Restaurant
This vacant building is a real eyesore in an otherwise well-kept part of Mount Pleasant.

Mount Pleasant is one of the fortunate few communities with a very, very short list of eyesores. Just take a look at what North Charleston is dealing with if you disagree.
But this abandoned restaurant on U.S. 17 North inside Towne Centre is the rare exception. With boarded-up windows, busted out front doors and an overgrown lot, the building is a indisputable eyesore in a meticulously manicured part of town.
The restaurant is now on the market, and with rare direct access to Hwy. 17 and and desirable lot size, it's perfect for a variety of uses, particularly restaurants and retail.
