Deputies Look for Credit Card Bandit

GCSO seeking help identifying, locating suspect who allegedly stole woman's credit, bank cards in Simpsonville.

The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the public in identifying a black female shown in the attached photograph. The photograph was obtained from security video at Target, located at 1112 Woodruff Road. The woman is thought to be involved in the use of stolen bank and credit cards.Β 

On March 15, 2013 between the hours of 10:25 a.m. and noon the victim’s bank cards were taken from her vehicle while it was parked at Sports Club Five Forks, located at 317 Scuffletown Road in Simpsonville, according to an incident report.

The victim stated she placed her keys on a key board at the club and believes someone took the keys, stole the cards from her purse she locked in her trunk, then replaced the keys.

Over the next several hours the cards were reportedly used multiple times for a total of $1,200 in fraudulent charges.Β If anyone has information regarding this incident or can identify the alleged suspect, contact Crime Stoppers at 23-CRIME.
