Deputies Seek Identity of Simpsonville Bandits

Thieves caught on surveillance video robbing two Simpsonville residences.

Greenville Sheriff's deputies are looking for a pair of bandits who robbed two Simpsonville residences and getting away with numerous items including, literally, the kitchen sink.

The GCSO is seeking assistance from the public to identify the subjects and their vehicle captured on security video.

Sometime between 8 a.m. on March 9 and 3:40 p.m. on March 13, several items were stolen from 120 and 121 Old White Road in Simpsonville, totaling $18,400 in value. Items stolen include two go-carts, a Massey-Ferguson tractor, a car trailer, a lawn mower, HVAC units, a stove, refrigerator β€” and a kitchen sink.

During the time frame of the thefts a subject and vehicle were captured on a security video with several of the stolen items in the rear of the truck bed and on a utility trailer.Β

The truck is possibly an early 2000’s model, dark-colored Toyota Tundra, and was being driven by a white male. Also captured on the video was a second subject, possibly a female.Β

Investigators are asking anyone who may have information regarding this incident or who may recognize the truck or subjects captured on video to call Crime Stoppers at 23-CRIME.
