Obituary: Earline Willis Stokes of Simpsonville

Earline Willis Stokes, 75, of Simpsonville, passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at her home. She was the daughter of the late James Earle and Mary Williams Willis.

She was a retired Purchasing Manager with Cryovac after 40 years of service. She was a member and officer of the Purchasing Management Association/Carolinas-Virginia. She was listed in the 1990 Who's Who for Women recognizing her lifetime achievement in business. She was a member of Clear Springs Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Don Stokes; sons Greg Stokes and wife Charney, Eric Stokes; grandchildren Brandon, Katie, Austin and Carley Stokes; and one great-grandchild Raliegh Martin; sister Shirley Nash of Greenwood. She was predeceased by a brother Thomas Aaron Willis.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Cannon Jones Funeral Chapel, Simpsonville. The family will receive friends from 1:30 pm until 3:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Cannon Memorial Park.
