Obituary: Millard Fillmore Jackson of Simpsonville

Millard Fillmore Jackson, 74 of Simpsonville, loving husband of Linnie Beulah Jackson for 56 years, died March 3, 2013.

Born in Corona, NM, he was a son of the late Irvin and Lurline Jackson.

M. F. was a retired 20 year veteran of the United States Navy. He was a Minister and a member of Beit Devar Adonai Congregation in Greer.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by four children, Dale Jackson and wife Deborah, Lori Swedberg and husband Scott, Bart Jackson, and Rosetta Brillant; 13 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and two brothers, Wendell and Kenneth Jackson.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Southeast, with the funeral service at Noon in the chapel.

Burial will be at M. J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
