Obituary: Panello "Penny" Rouse Hall of Simpsonville

Panello "Penny" Rouse Hall, 77, of Simpsonville, widow of William Thomas Hall, died Monday, March 25, 2013.

Born in Valdosta, GA, she was a daughter of the late Roscoe King and Panello Prine Rouse.

A graduate of Parson's School of Design in New York, NY, Mrs. Hall completed post graduate work in Europe. She was a Graphic Artist and was trained in Fashion Illustration. 

Mrs. Hall was a charter member of Trinity United Methodist Church and current member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church. She was an avid gardener and member of the Plein Air Painters Society.

Surviving are a daughter, Panello Anne Hall Reece and husband, Gary, of Simpsonville; a son, Michael W. Hall of Easley; four grandchildren, Whitney A. Reece, Thomas E. Reece, Hannah M. Hall and Mark Z. Hall; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary R. Stone and Donna R. Steele.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 29, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Woodlawn Memorial Park Remembrance Chapel with the funeral service following at 3:00 p.m.
