Alleged Hit-and-Run Driver Arrested

The driver of the silver Ford Taurus that allegedly hit four children Saturday night and fled the scene has been arrested, according to S.C. Highway Patrol spokesman Cpl. Bob Beres.

Philip Andrew Wucherer, 22, has been charged with three counts of leaving the scene of a collision involving great bodily injury and one count of leaving the scene of a collision involving personal injury.
