Help Needed for Celia

Animal Control brought Celia to the Frances R Willis shelter with an unhealed injury to the head of her femur. Celia cannot run or play and is physical discomfort.

She can be free of pain and through surgical intervention. The shelter is asking for donations from the community to cover the $975 surgery.
