County Seeks to Curtail Dumping at New Park
Dorchester County sets up barriers and video cameras at Ashley River park, off of Bacons Bridge Road.

Dumping is one of the chief priorities. Garbage, including a dead dog and a television stuffed down a manhole, have been found on the property.
In addtion to law enforcement patrols on the land, the county will post no trespassing signs and video cameras. Manholes will also be locked down. The county will keep grass lower and likely replace entrance gates.Β
