Father Recovering After Run Over by Vehicle

A Summerville father who was run over by his own vehicle recently is on the mend but faces serious challenges, according to Live 5 News.

Paul Pattison was tending to his broken-down Jeep with his sons in the vehicle on Orangeburg Road. As he was underneath the car, it rolled over him, crushing his head and chest. One of his sons stopped the vehicle, according to reports.

A friend told the TV news station: Patterson is "completely deaf and is most likely going to have memory issues."
