Four Children Hospitalized in Sangaree Hit-and-Run

Three still in intensive care, one released; silver Ford Taurus may have been the vehicle that hit the children.

Four children were victims of an alleged hit-and-run late Saturday, according to Live 5 news.

Three remain in intensive care and one child has been released.

10-year-old Sydney Hopkins, 13-year-old Evan Hopkins, 14-year-old Dottie Jackson (edited), and 10-year-old Harleigh Eury had just sneaked out of the Hopkins' Sangaree home on Paddock Way around 11:30 p.m. when they were struck by a silver Ford Taurus traveling west on the road.
