Four Summerville Photogs Get Honorable Mention in Magnolia Plantation Competition
The Magnolia Plantation and Gardens annual photography competition highlights work by Summerville residents.

Four Summerville photographers earned honorable mention in the 2012 Magnolia Plantation and Gardens photo contest.
Those recognized include Summerville Patch blogger for "Flight of the Great Egret" (pictured in this story) and,
- Andy Meunier for “Heron Glow”
- Kenny McKeithan for “Morning Dewdrop”
- Rick Coakley for “Low Tide”
The top prizes for the competition were taken by:

- Mary Presson Roberts of Tega Cay for “Well Dressed in White”
- Kate Silvia of Charleston for “Magnolia Sunrise Reflection”
The winning pictures and a list of the 13 photographs that received honorable mention are posted at Magnolia’s website, www.magnoliaplantation.com. The contest was held in conjunction with the Lowcountry Photographic Club.
