Gas Prices Expected to Fall to $3
Prices above this time last year, but demand expected to push them way down.

Analysts are expecting an early Christmas present for drivers in the U.S.: gas under $3 a gallon.
Currently, gas in Charleston is averaging $3.18, according to AAA's Fuel Gauge Report, nearly 8 cents above where it was a year ago. But hold on for a steep drop in the coming days.

CNN notes that gas prices have dropped 46 cents nationally over the last two months. And analysts tell USA Today to look for gas to soon hit the $3 mark.
"We've gone from an industry that was worried about enough gas to one wondering how it will deal with all of this gas," said Tom Kloza of Oil Price Information Service. "And we haven't seen the bottom yet."
