Injuries Sustained in Ladson Road Shooting

Several shots rang out at the Game Room on Ladson Road at around 3 a.m. Thursday and three people were injured, according to Charleston County Sheriff's Office.

Upon arrival deputies were advised that a disturbance and several assaults occurred inside the location and as a result of the assault and disturbances several people fired shots from inside and from the front door of the business.

Two people sustained minor injuries from the assaults. Deputies were advised that one victim had been transported and dropped off at Summerville Medical Center with two nonfatal gunshot wounds to the hip.

Detectives are currently investigating the incident.
