Dorchester County Board of Elections and Voter Registration will host two Summerville seminars to help voters understand how to vote with the S.C. law requiring identification for voting.  The seminars are 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, and 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, in Summerville at Dorchester County Council Chambers on North Main Street. The seminars are a requirement by the U.S. Department of Justice.  The PowerPoint presentation being used statewide for these seminars is also available at <a href="http://dorchestervotes.org/2013/new-voter-photo-id-law/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://dorchestervotes.org/2013/new-voter-photo-id-law/</a>.
