Report: Chick-fil-A Ends Donations to Anti-Gay Groups
Chick-fil-A has not confirmed reports.

A Chicago alderman attempting to block the popular fastfood restaurant Chick-fil-A has released information saying the company has agreed to no longer fund anti-gay groups, according to a Cox News report in the State.Â
A culture war developed over the summer with the fried chicken joint smack in the middle — pro-gay groups boycotted the restaurants and staged "kiss ins" due to it donating money to anti-gay groups such as Family Research Council, and free-speech advocates and anti-gay protestors dubbed Aug. 1 as Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day.
In South Carolina and around the nation, Chick-fil-A restaurants saw long lines that day.Â
