No Charges Filed in Car v. Horse Wreck

S.C. Highway Patrol will not file charges after last week's wreck that left a man critically injured after he was struck by a vehicle while riding his horse in the dark, according to Senior Trooper Bridget Wyant. 

The . The highway patrol did not disclose the exact charges but Wyant said Rocha was wearing dark clothes and riding a dark horse at the time of the wreck. 

The driver of the vehicle that struck Rocha and his horse also did not receive charges.
