Authorities found the body of 2-year-old Rodricus Williams in a trash can in Orangeburg County in 2010.Â
Roger Williams' girlfriend, Grace Trotman, pleaded guilty in February to homicide by child abuse and desecration of human remains and is awaiting sentencing.
