Pet Rabbits Tortured, Killed, According to Owner

Could someone have tortured and killed three pet rabbits in a neighborhood off of Central Avenue?

That's what Joanna Pavlovich told the Post and Courier this week: three of her 14 pet rabbits were brutally killed after someone broke into Pavlovich's garage.

The publication reported:

She awoke Thursday to the sight of her Wilson Drive garage burglarized. Three of her pets, each less than a year old, had been removed from their cages and slain. Their bodies were left in a semicircle on the front lawn. Fur speckled the grass.

According to the article, police have ruled out animal invasion.
