SC House Committee Assignments Announced

Rep. Chris Murphy, Rep. Jenny Horne and Rep. Seth Whipper return to the Judiciary committee, and Rep. Patsy Knight returnes to the Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environmental Affairs committee for the 2013 session of the State House. 

All four Dorchester County members of the House have served on the committees previously for which they are now assigned. 

In the last session of 2012, House Speaker Bobby Harrell announced committee appointments. Each committee has 18 members, with the exception of Judicial and Ways and Means, which have 25 each, and Rules which has 15. They are:
