School Board Candidates Debate Wednesday

Patch and Pilot's Lounge present a town hall debate for school board candidates 6 p.m. Wednesday at Pilot's Lounge on Bacons Bridge Road.

There are seven candidates running for just three open spots on Dorchester County School District Two's school board this year. All seven candidates have confirmed that they will appear at this debate. 

The candidates are:

• Harry Blake
• Barbara Crosby, seeking reelection to the board
• Sam Clark
• David Dubose
• Justin Farnworth
• Louis Smith
• Lisa Tupper, seeking reelection to the board

This town hall styled debate will feature live questions from the audience and from the moderator, Summerville Patch Editor Lindsay Street. Questions can be submitted ahead of time to her at lindsay.street@patch.com.

Audience questions during the debate will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

The debate will be livestreamed on Patch if you are unable to attend in person.
