School Crime Report: Ashley Ridge High

Three incidents reported at Ashley Ridge High.

In the waning weeks of August, Ashley Ridge High had three incidents reported to the Dorcheser County Sheriff's Office.

Here are the incidents:

  • A student was arrested Aug. 29 for drug and narcotic violations at the school. According to the report, the student allegedly had pills in his possession and told the deputy he was holding them for someone else. The pills were acetaminophen, also known as Tylenol, and hydrocodone, a semi-synthetic opioid. The student was charged with possession of a controlled substance. 
  • Three students were arrested Aug. 27 for disorderly conduct. According to the report, a disruption in the lunchroom alerted administrators and law enforcement. When deputies arrived, several female students were being "held back" and were using profane language. Three of them were arrested and then charged with disorderly conduct. 
  • A student reported his iPod touch was stolen Aug. 23 at the school. According to the report, the device was taken out of his bookbag during gym.
