Social Media Response to School Lockdown
Despite school policy banning cell phones on campuses, some students tweet about Wednesday's brief lockdown.
Two Dorchester County schools were on a precautionary and brief lockdown Wednesday as Summerville Police investigated an incident in nearby Somerset Apartments. During the incident and after, students, faculty and observers of the lockdown used Twitter and Facebook to talk about the incident.Â
