Teens Charged with Sunday's Vehicle Break-Ins

Two Dorchester County teenagers charged with three counts of vehicle break-ins and six counts of malicious injury to personal property.

The two teenagers a Summerville resident helped to catch in the early morning hours Nov. 11 after a 35-mile car chase have been charged with three counts of vehicle break-ins and six counts of malicious injury to personal property.

Ryan Andrew Debran, 18, of Harleyville and Cody Matthew Love, 17, of Ridgeville were charged in the Nov. 11 incident at Azalea Square.

The Azalea Square incident was first reported by Patch blogger Maryann Ferrara, who works at a retail store there.

Love has a Dorchester County record of underage attempt to purchase or possession of tobacco. He paid a fine of $105 in May. 

Debran has a Dorchester County case pending two counts of arson second-degree from a February incident. He was out on a $10,000 surety bond. In July, he was charged with trespassing and fined $470.
