Three Ladson Manufacturers Purchased by Ohio Company
Kaliburn, Burny and CMC purchased by Lincoln Electric Holidings.
Lincoln Electric Holdings of Ohio has acquired Ladson manufactures Kaliburn, Burny and CMC, Charleston Regional Business Journal reported.
The business publication reported:
Kaliburn designs and manufactures shape cutting solutions; Burny produces shape cutting solutions; and CMC manufacturers web tension transducers and machine systems. The three brands (of ITT Corp.’s Control Technologies) employ 140 people and reported combined annual 2011 sales of $35 million.
