What Should Go Here? Heritage Square, Part Two

Heritage Square's future is still unknown. The large shopping center at the corner of Berlin G. Myers Parkway and Highway 78 has had nearly a decade of disrepair.

There are just a handful of businesses in the shopping center, but the old grocery store has remained empty.

We've already looked at this property earlier this year, but thought it would be great to open conversation about the property again — especially since folks are still commenting on the first story six months after it first ran.
