What Should Go Here? Woodlands Inn
Five-star hotel and restaurant sold for less than $1 million.

In a recent interview with the Journal Scene, the man who purchased Woodlands Inn said he's not certain what he's going to do with the 11-acre property and former five-star hotel and resort.
“Ideally, I would love to see this become a public, or quasi public facility,” Tom Limehouse told the Journal Scene. “What if the city or the county could use it? What about the chamber or economic development – wouldn’t this be the ultimate backdrop, a brand that shows we are really serious? What if the school district, what if Trident Tech, could come in here and do a culinary arts education program here – it’s already got the best kitchen probably in the entire area.”
The property sold recently for less than $1 million.
