Z-Man Fishing Moves into New Ladson Facility
Lowcountry fishing lure company moves into state-of-the-art facility at Palmetto Commerce Park.

Z-Man Fishing Products has moved into a new state-of-the-art facility at Palmetto Commerce Park to "better accommodate growth and allow for future expansion," the company announced in a press release.
The new 37,000-square-foot corporate headquarters houses the company’s executive offices, warehouse, product showroom, manufacturing facility, and research and development lab under one roof, consolidating six separate prior locations in the process. The move provides Z-Man with expanded manufacturing capacity thanks to the addition of supplemental injection molding equipment and custom-designed pressurized air, chilled water and electrical systems.
The new space — neighboring to companies the likes of Daimler Vans Manufacturing, Cummins Turbo Technologies and Shimano American Corporation — occupies only half of the 75,000-square-foot, company-owned complex, ensuring room for future growth and expansion.
“We’re thrilled to bring all of our operations under one roof with this move into our new state-of-the-art facility,” Z-Man President Jonathan Zucker said in the release. “We’ve expanded our manufacturing capacity to meet growing demand for our ElaZtech plastics, and our upgraded warehouse is designed to service our customers of all sizes around the world — from individuals ordering online and independent dealers, to national retailers and international distributors.”
