Bon Secours St. Francis Health System recognized two nurses this week who are living out the mission of taking care of patients with compassion and providing good
help to those in need.
The nurses were nominated for the Bon Secours Health System Excellence in Nursing Awards.

Nursing Leadership Award — Elaine Payne
Eleven nurses were nominated for the 2013 Excellence in Nursing Awards.
Hightower, CMSRN, won the Nursing Practice Award, which demonstrates outstanding clinical nursing
practice. She is a Registered Nurse at St. Francis eastside in OR Pre-Assessment.
Elaine Payne, MS, RN and CCRN, is this year’s recipient of the Bon Secours St. Francis Excellence in Nursing Leadership Award. She is a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Lead Nurse Educator at Bon Secours St. Francis.
