Case of Upstate Woman Accused of Killing Her Boyfriend Will Go to Grand Jury

Elvira Seay appeared in court on Wednesday and a judge ruled that her case should go on to the grand jury

An Upstate woman accused of killing her boyfriend last May, should face a grand jury.

WYFF reported on Wednesday that Elvia Seay had appeared in court and the judge had said the case should go to a grand jury. Read more of that story.

 Seay was arrested in New Orleans in November after she had been pulled over for a cracked windshield and a broken turn signal.
