Cavalcade of Stars to Play BMW Pro-Am Golf Tourney
Wayne Gretzky, George Lopez and numerous others slated to play at Upstate charity tourney next month.
A host of sports stars and entertainers are scheduled to play next month in the 13th Annual BMW Charity Pro-Am.
The tournament will be played May 16-19 at Thornblade Club, Greenville Country Club's Chanticleer course, and the Reserve at Lake Keowee, Fox Carolina reported.
Celebrity and amateur players will compete against and with professional players during the four-day, better-ball competition, rotating between the three Upstate courses.
The event will feature newcomers, such as film and TV actor Craig T. Nelson, as well as returning celebrities such as hockey legend Wayne Gretzky, comedian George Lopez, actor Kurt Russell, SC native and musician Edwin McCain, and legendary voice actor and Seinfeld alum, Patrick Warburton.
