UPDATE: Child Struck By Car On Wade Hampton Boulevard, Dies From Injuries
The child was airlifted to the hospital, where he died from his injuries on Monday
A 5-year-old boy who was struck by a vehicle on Wade Hampton Boulevard on Saturday died Monday as a result of his injuries.
WSPA reported Michael Jeremiah Price, of Taylors, died at 12:25 Monday at Greenville Memorial Hospital. They said Price died due to blunt force head trauma.

A 5-year-old boy was struck by a vehicle on Wade Hampton Boulevard on Saturday.
According to the S.C. Highway Patrol, the collision happened around 3:45 p.m. as a vehicle travelling south on Wade Hampton Boulevard collided with a child, who had walked into the roadway.
The child was airlifted to Greenville Memorial Hospital to be treated for his injuries.
The roadway was blocked for about two hours. No charges have been filed in this case.
