Cigar Legend Patel Coming To Greenville

, a local smoking and drinking establishment in the Wade Hampton area of Greenville, will be host to one of the biggest names in the cigar world on Friday. 

Rocky Patel, the man behind Rocky Patel Premium Cigars, will be on hand Friday to help Outman celebrate it's two-year anniversary. 

The event, held at Outman's location at 26 Orchard Park Drive in Greenville, will begin at 5 p.m. for members, and 7 p.m. for the general public, and will feature a large sampling of liquor and beer, a pig roast and live music performed by Josh Montgomery. 

The guests of honor will be Rocky Patel and his younger brother, Nish, who is also a well-known cigar-maker in his own right. Patel, whose Vintage 1990 and 1992 cigars were smashing successes, in the early 2000's, was originally an entertainment attorney in California, according to his bio at rockypatel.com, whose passion for cigars grew as he encountered them among his actor clients. After establishing Indian Tabac in the 1990's, he eventually created his namesake company that is one of the most widely recognized cigar producers in the world.
